Waterline, whose industrial activity began in 1973, has started its operation in the field of mobile and stationary plants for water emergency situations, developing and manufarturing systems for the treatment anche packing of water in plastic bags for governmental agencies and human associations.

During the beginning of years 90. waterline have considered to diversify the production schedule turning from not more to the government agencies but also to the privately-owned companies of the food and non food fields.

The researches we have carried out have particularly evidenced that, more and more for economic and ecological reasons, the market of the food industry and not, is oriented to packaging having low cost and at the same an atmosphere respect. In consideration of this, it has been invested for the development of one new machine that, starting from filmreel, was able to form a stand up pouch and filled it up; all in one single line, RITEPACK

In year 2000 an important pouch maker having appreciated the technology of our Ritepak machine has charged us to design a machine able to produce pre-formed stand-up pouches. The challenge was taken. Since then, big steps has been done and we are now proud to be one of the most brilliant producer of machines for the forming and sealing of pouches, bags and special packaging. Near to the standard packaging machine we have also special machines for the production of medical packaging and Pet Food packaging which request for which concerns quality and design is very high.

Automatic portable trim rewinder of compact dimensions.

The RITETRIM is able to rewind the waste generated from the trimming of the material in the machine in one perfect reel of maximum width of 330mm and maximum diameter of 300mm. It's the ideal solution for those who have room problems.
