Universal 6

The of KAMPF UNIVERSAL 6 sets standards for slitting and winding of oriented film with large working widths.

High speed, perfect quality of the finished rolls, great variety and the many individually designed options make the UNIVERSAL 6 a true best-seller.

It is designed specifically to wind sensitive films and light gauge materials. Rewinding of each slit roll is shaftless via individual winding stations, each with an independent lay-on roll. As roll diameter increases during winding, the winding stations are moved continuously in a linear fashion to maintain winding geometry. This insures optimum finished roll quality.

The strict separation of unwind and rewind tensions through a large wrap of the transport rollers is the main condition for best roll quality.

Depending on the customer's request, slitting section and rewind stations may be positioned semi- or fully-automatically. Temporarily non-used winding stations remain in their home positions.

Due to the complete pre-assembly (incl. wiring and switch cabinets) and the functional test of the machine at the KAMPF premises, the installation time at the customer's will be reduced to a minimum.

Unislit

When it comes to outstanding film quality, Unislit II is first choice. Unislit II slits and winds even the most difficult technical films, and packaging material made of monofilms, coated materials, laminates and finished paper.

Expandable, thanks to its numerous add-on functions, the compact roll slitter provides decisive advantages to manufactures and converters. At a speed of up to 1200 m/min, it does more than just guarantee the highest level of productivity. Simple to operate, requiring little service, and offering greater performance than its predecessor in every way, Unislit II offers state -of-the-art technology from Kampf. By the way: with Unislit L is now possible to slit materials up to even 5500 mm width.

Conslit II

For years Conslit has been setting the worldwide standard for high performance roll slitters. Conslit II, the most advanced version of the proven two-spindle machines from Kampf, is a convincing mixture of increased productivity, user friendliness, and demonstrable profitability.

That means higher running speeds, faster slitting width changeover, and minimal set-up times. The overhead routing of the web enables Conslit II to meet the highest hygiene requirements for end products such as packaging foils for the pharmaceutical and foodstuffs industries. By the way, Conslit II is the only two-spindle roll slitting and winding machine in the world with working widths of over 2.000 mm.

Conslit 16/06

For many years, Conslit 16/06 has been the worldwide standard for high-performance roll slitters. The Conslit 16/06 from Kampf is the universal roll slitting and winding machine, especially for small and mid-sized film processors. The compact, two-spindle machine processes all widely used packaging materials and is designed for high continious performance. From material widths of up to 1.650 mm, Conslit 16/06 produces finished rolls in cut widths from 25 mm and diameters of up to 610 mm.

Good slitting quality, straight-wound edges, and adjustable winding tension - Conslit 16/06 adjusts automatically to each winding cycle. The result: The finished rolls are always of high quality and can be processed further without any problem.

Starslit

The Starslit, a two-spindle machine, is assembled in Kampf’s branch office in Shanghai  – research and development are still being made in the head office in Germany. This machine offers many options to realize and optimize a broad range of applications at an attractive price level.

The modularly designed Starslit is built in different sizes, e.g. winding diameters of up to 800 mm max. at working widths of up to 1,650 mm. Slitting widths from 25 mm upwards are possible, realized by scissor or razor blade cut. The drive technology of this machine has been updated according to the latest state-of-the-art.

The compact two-spindle machine slits and rewinds all widely used packaging materials and is designed for continiuous high performance. The Starslit has a very flexible concept, especially for small and mid-sized converters.

Winder

Imperial Winder

For decades Kampf has been setting standards for rewinding of stretched and non-stretched plastic films.

Due to the innovative precision of the Kampf Winders, the rewind quality is far ahead of the usual industrial standard.

The development of the proved concept offers excellent characteristic features, like:

• Absolute parallelism of the nip carriage to achieve precise cylindrical coils
• Web tension measurement for a sensible regulation of the set winding tension
• Regulation of the contact roll pressure
• Stable design to avoid vibrations
• Operator convenience
• Reproducibility by storage of all data

The combination of this technique offers a maximum of reliability for the film producer when rewinding his product to perfectly round coils without any deformation and at high speeds.

This increases the production efficiency and thus the cost efficiency ! Because of their many options, KAMPF Winders can be precisely adjusted to the demands of the product:

• Oscillation of the individual coils for the compensation of difficult products (e.g. micro films or polyester films) Auxiliary contact rollers for the fixation of the webs during the turret action (e.g. for extremely smooth BOPET films)
