HAUL-OFFS

TC

• Haul-offs formed by two rubber-layered belts duly shaped in order to obtain the largest surface in contact with the pipe, reaching a very high extrusion speed, notably reducing the noise level.
• The caterpillar chains are driven by an A.C. motor + vectorial inverter in order to obtain the greatest precision and stability of the haul-off speed.
• Tilting upper caterpillar chain in order to facilitate extrusion in case of badly shaped pipes, maintaining the maximum draught force.
• The standard version includes:
  • electronic speed indicator
  • pipe support rolls.
• Optional: mobile push-button panel for remote control
  • synchronization with any type of extruder.
• High power, safety, efficiency and functionality.
• EC-MARKING.

TR

• All the caterpillar chains are pulling, made up of chains with vulcanized rubber blocks, specially shaped to obtain the greatest surface in contact with the pipe.
• Tilting upper caterpillar chains. Indipendent motorization of each caterpillar, effected by A.C. motors (which do NOT need maintenance ) and servo-motors.
• Elimination of transmission members subject to wear.
• Caterpillar chains driven by indipendent controls:
  • lower ones (for positioning) by an electric motor
  • upper ones, by pneumatic cylinders with adjustable pressure
• Longer contact length of the caterpillar chains, so as to achieve maximum draught force even with minimum pressure of the caterpillar.
• On request:
  • mobile push-button panel for remote control, with electronic speed display;
  • synchronisation with any type of extruder;
  • automatic stretching of the caterpillar chains;
  • automatic positioning of the caterpillar chains according to the pipe diameter;
  • thickening (by slowing down of the haul-off speed) through connection with PTR/3;
• EC-MARKING. The machines are complete with protections and safety devices according to EC-RULES.

SAWS

TS

• 'Satellite' saw for PP-R, PVC and PE pipes. Minimum length: 200mm.
• Automatic synchronization with the extruder speed
• Totally clean pipe. The cut is carried out without any material removal, therefore without producing dust, chips or noise.

TV

• Plant for vertical cut of PVC, PE and PP pipes (without chamfer)

TP

• Planetary saws for plastic pipes for operation in extrusion line or stand-off operation.
• Possibility to effect: cut, cut and chamfer or double chamfer and cut.
• High precision chamfering with adjustable depth; obtained by a sensor in contact with the pipe surface, which is able to reveal any ovalization or imperfection.
• Quick replacement of the tools, even when the pipe is advancing.
• Wide range of tools (for cut and chamfer) suitable for the different properties of: PVC, PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, etc.
• Pneumatic vices for pipe clamping during the cut.
• Pre-arranged connection with the cutting control device.
• Efficient dust suction and sound-proofing system with luminous and acoustic signal when the sacks are nearly filled.
• Sound-proofing according to the rules.
• On request:
  • Second arm with special tool to finish the cut, which has mainly been executed by the first arm. In this way the pipe remains internally clean
  • Self-adjustment of the machine when changing the pipe to be cut with universal vices quickly positioning to the selected dimension
  • Synchronization with the extruder speed.
• Bonnets and safety guards.

AUTOMATIC BELLING MACHINES

Automatic belling machine for construction and sewer PVC pipes, length from 1000mm to 6000mm.

• Formation of the socket
  • SMOOTH by steel mandrel and external mould.
  • SHAPED (for insertion of rubber gasket) by blowing mandrel and mould.
• Possibility to socket pipes of two different lengths, alternately. 
• Cooling by cold water circulation in the mould and the mandrel.
• VT control terminal for setting the working data.
• Autodiagnostic system for fast location of working anomalies.
